In 2021, Peter and Kathy Davis pledged a $1 million planned gift to launch the Wilt Street Legacy Society at Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia, ensuring that more families can access the life-changing opportunity of homeownership.
Inspired by their example, more than two dozen individuals have since joined the Society.
Named for the street where Habitat Philadelphia’s first homes were built, the Wilt Street Legacy Society creates lasting impact by supporting the development of long-term solutions to Philadelphia’s affordable housing needs.
To become a part of this unique community of supporters, donors must name Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia as the beneficiary of a planned gift.
Most importantly, members are guaranteed the satisfaction of knowing your gift is making a lasting impact on our families and our community.
